Here is the table listing the runs registered in the submission. A run is a metadata linking object, and it links a sample to a raw sequencing file through an experiment. You can find more information in our documentation. Also, remember you can customise the table.
To modify the table, click on the eye icon . It will display the column options. You can now select the columns you want to see in the table, it will be modified immediately!
Do you want to check only the studies with type Epigenetics? You can filter in the Type column! You can filter all columns as well.
In addition, you can sort the results in ascending or descending order.
You can select individual objects in the table by clicking in the checkbox in each row. However, if you want to select all of them, you can select the checkbox at the top. Also, notice the Delete option that appears at the bottom of the table. To delete objects, you can select the object(s) you want to delete, then click on the Delete button that appears.
To create a run, you have to click on the Add Run button and start the registration.
To create a run, you first have to select the Format (i.e. Paired FASTQ). Then a new field will appear to add the files. Select which Sample you want to link to the file(s), and the Experiment used to sequence the selected sample to obtain the file.
Once you are happy with the information added to your run click on the Add button and save it. In case you do not want to save it, click the Reset Form button at the top.
So far, you can only create one run at a time. So if you want to register several runs, you can either repeat this process as many times as needed, or select the Batch Upload option.
Here you can download an empty template to register several runs at once. Click the Download button and fill up the csv.
Once the csv is ready click on the Choose file button, select your runs csv, click Upload, and you're done! In case that you do not want to save the runs registered, click the Reset Form button at the top.
